Cougars and rival N.Y. school play in another classic match.

There indeed just might be this whole thrilling finish concept thing when it comes to Jersey vs. New York in the still-evolving Metropolitan Independent Football League and if the first two meetings between last year's champion Montclair Kimberley Academy and this year's top team, Hackley are any indication, then stay tuned because future seasons could promise more of the same pulsating conclusions, like Saturday's down-to-the-wire action as the undefeated visitors from Tarrytown, N.Y. , survived for a 41-40 victory over the persistent and never-say-die Cougars on a festive and well-attended Homecoming Saturday at Van Brunt Field. The Cougars find their way through Hackley's offensive line to record a sack during last weekend's 41-40 loss.
