New York State Police are asking for the public's help in locating a Tarrytown man who is wanted on a bench warrant for driving while drunk. Wilfredo Cisneros, 33, was stopped by troopers on April 25, 2009, on Interstate 87 near the Tappan Zee Bridge for a traffic violation.
