Hudson River navigational channel at Tappan Zee Bridge closed Friday

TARRYTOWN – The main navigational channel of the Hudson River at the Tappan Zee Bridge will be closed Friday, the first of 70 closures that will be necessary over the next 15 months to complete construction of the new twin-span crossing.
