Earlier today, Governor Andrew M. Cuomo delivered an update on the crane collapse at the Tappan Zee Bridge in Tarrytown. At Governor Cuomo's direction, the northbound lanes on the Tappan Zee Bridge have been reopened to traffic following a crane accident earlier today.
