A panel of representatives from the New York State Thruway Authority and members of Tappan Zee Constructors, the group building the new bridge, held meetings to answer questions and gave presentations on the progress of the new bridge. Highlighted in the presentation was the demolition of the toll plaza in Tarrytown, leaving four unobstructed lanes.
