Video Shows Tugboat Sinking In Deadly Accident Near Tappan Zee Bridge

TARRYTOWN, N.Y. - Cellphone video released late Tuesday showed a tugboat sinking in a deadly accident last month near the Tappan Zee Bridge. The tugboat goes down in the dead of night in a matter of seconds in the video.
