New York State Police pulled over a speeding car on Wednesday night in Tarrytown and charged a Yonkers man with driving while intoxicated and possession of cocaine, police said. Juan M. Sierra, 42, was was transported and processed at State Police Tarrytown where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.14 percent.
