Westchester will be adding six miles of biking and walking trails to the 150 miles of trails that already exist in the county. County Executive Robert Astorino announced Friday that design for the Tarrytown-Kensico Trailway/Bikeway Plan, which was prepared by the county Department of Planning, is expected to begin in 2017.
