A White Plains man was arrested on Main Street in Irvington prior to a scheduled sale of cocaine and marijuana, ending a month-long investigation conducted by members of the Greenburgh Drug & Alcohol Task Force, police said. Terron Fleming was charged of with unlawful possession of marijuana and subsequently released to Tarrytown Police where he was additionally charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substances in the third degree, both Class B felonies, for the sale of cocaine, authorities said.
