Snowy, icy or rainy weather was expected to move into the region on Tuesday ahead of a storm due Wednesday. A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect in Putnam, Rockland and Northern Westchester until the morning, while a Hazardous Weather Outlook and a Flood Statement were issued for southern Westchester.
