A 17-year-old Tarrytown resident was charged with second-degree murder and faces life in prison for his role in an October stabbing in a Sleepy Hollow park. Westchester County District Attorney Janet DiFiore announced on Tuesday that Berinzon Moronta was arraigned and charged with felony counts of murder and tampering with physical evidence, and a misdemeanor count of criminal possession of a weapon for the stabbing death of Tahj Robinson earlier this year.
