Seniors who have given their time and talent to improve the lives of the community at large will be honored during the 33rd annual Westchester Senior Citizen Hall of Fame awards luncheon on Friday, Dec. 4. Former White Plains Mayor Joseph M. Delfino has been selected as the top honoree at the event, according to County Executive Rob Astorino Delfino is one of 34 seniors from 18 municipalities who will be inducted into the Hall of Fame at a luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Westchester Marriott Hotel in Tarrytown. "The Senior Hall of Fame is a Westchester tradition that recognizes seniors who have generously given their time and talent to improve their home communities and the county at large," Astorino said.
