U.S. Rep. Nita M. Lowey, , is applauding the $38 million agreement between Tarrytown-based Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Inc. and the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority to develop, test and manufacture a therapy for the treatment of Ebola virus. "The recent Ebola outbreak claimed the lives of nearly 5,000 people," said Lowey.
