More than 90 restaurants, bars, shops and markets throughout Putnam and Westchester will incorporate regional orchard-based hard ciders into tasting menus, special cocktails, pairings, flights, events and classes. Some participating restaurants include: Blue Hill at Stone Barns and RiverMarket Bar and Kitchen in Tarrytown; Gleason's and Birdsall House in Peekskill; and Half Time in Mamaroneck.
