Sleepy Hollow firefighters, aided by departments from Tarrytown, Ossining and Briarcliff Manor, among others, battled an apartment fire on College Avenue Tuesday afternoon, according to Westchester Fire Wire. The fire was contained to a ninth-floor unit in the 11-story building.
