Astorino To Deliver Keynote In Business Council Of Westchester Series

Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino will be among the speakers at The Business Council of Westchester's Keybank Speaker series Tuesday, April 28. The series is from 8-9:30 a.m. at Abigail Kirsch, Tappan Hill Mansion in Tarrytown. Tickets are $60 for members and $80 for non-members.
