10,000 bags of heroin found in car

Officers discovered the cache of drugs after pulling over a car for an unsafe lane change in Tarrytown on Tuesday. The Journal News says police found 10,600 bags of heroin in a concealed compartment of the car, as well as stamping devices that were used to label the bags.
