A strong chance of snow is coming to the Hudson Valley Wednesday afternoon into the overnight, and while accumulations are not expected to be more than an inch it could be enough to slow Wednesday night's commute. A major snowstorm will not develop, nor will black ice be an issue, but enough snow will fall to cause headaches for travelers and potential interruptions to daily routines for residents.
