RIVERTOWNS, N.Y. Residents of the Rivertowns will celebrate the festival of lights with their family, friends and neighbors at various Hanukkah events this December. "It's always important for us to come together for any reason," said Lisa Feinman, assistant executive director of the Jewish Community Center on the Hudson in Tarrytown.
