New Tappan Zee Bridge viewing platform open

For the second time in less than a week, Bill and Ellen Zimkin on Friday made their way to a Tarrytown's Scenic Hudson RiverWalk Park for unobstructed views of the construction of the new Tappan Zee Bridge. There is also the stone Pilla Landing, which now has view finders and informational panels because of a $50,000 state grant.
