Legal Services of the Hudson Valley has announced that Chief Executive Officer Barbara Finkelstein has been selected by the African American Men of Westchester and The Business Council of Westchester as their 2014 Honoree for the 24th Annual Brotherhood Breakfast. The event will held on Thursday, Oct. 30, from 7:30 10 a.m., at The Doubletree Hotel, 455 S. Broadway, Tarrytown.
