Tarrytown Warns Commuters About Parking Issues from Obama's Visit

With President Barack Obama's planned speech Wednesday at the Tappan Zee Bridge, the Village of Tarrytown has issued a warning to commuters that some parking lots will be off-limits while the Commander in Chief is in the area.
