Lillian Dorethia Tate-Shinault, a former worker of General Motors in Tarrytown and Westchester County Court in Yonkers, died on Thursday, Dec. 25. She was 74. She was predeceased by her husband Clifford Allen Shinault Jr., her son Todd N. Shinault, two sisters Robbie Phillips of Memphis, Tenn., and Marie Simmons of Las Vegas, Nevada and two brothers Joel Jones and Willie Tate of Memphis, Tenn. She is survived by her children Sheila D. Shinault and Keith A. Shinault of Kansas, Andrea M. Carter of Mount Vernon and De Wayne J. Shinault of Yonkers, and a sister Bobbie Mack of Yonkers.
